2. Franchise & Educational Services

Maximus Technolabs LLP provides educational robotics kits, training modules, and franchise opportunities under the "Screen-Less Robotics" brand.

• Franchise Agreements: Specific terms regarding franchise fees (e.g., Partnership Signing Fees), territory rights, and operational guidelines are detailed in the separate Franchise Agreement signed by partners.
• Kits & Materials: All educational kits (Start-up Kits, STEAM Kits) are sold "as is" for educational purposes. We ensure quality checks, but minor variations in components may occur due to supply chain updates.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum Modules (J1-S3)
• Training Manuals & Teacher Guides
• Logic Building Charts & Corporate Posters
• Brand logos and Trademarks

...are the exclusive property of Robotics Pro. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our study materials or kits is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments for franchise fees, kits, or student enrollments must be made via official banking channels designated by Maximus Technolabs LLP.

Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated in a specific contract (such as a Franchise Agreement), fees paid for "Start-Up Kits" or "Partnership Signing Fees" are generally non-refundable once the materials have been dispatched or training access has been granted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maximus Technolabs LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the operation of a franchisee centre. Franchisees are independent business owners responsible for the day-to-day safety and management of their respective centres.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
